Start and Drive Car

I own a 1990 Honda Civic five-speed that I'm unable to drive for medical reasons. My four-wheeled child passed her state inspection for another year. I'm looking for a few people who are able and willing to start and drive the car every other week until I'm able to drive her again, which I hope will be very soon.
