looking for a handy/craftsy person

I will be having hand surgery soon and have been told there is an easy fix to alter my walker to make it easier to use post-surgery. This will involve attaching plumbing insulation to the handles - something that I am unable to do in my current condition. If you are even moderatley handy this should be an easy fix. Let me know if you would be able to pick up the necessary supplies and perform minor surgery on my walker for me at my home in Blacksburg. I am happy to reimburse you for supplies.
