Help with a meal needed Tuesday Sept 27

I have an outpatient procedure tomorrow (Tuesday, September 27th) that will involve anesthesia.

I'm looking for some help getting a meal tomorrow evening when I return to my home in Blacksburg, as I have mobility issues and anticipate being groggy.

I would appreciate someone picking up and dropping off a meal, which I would be happy to pay for.
