Want to simplify and do not know where to start?  I have been studying and living this for MANY years.  I am not certified, (although some say I am certifiable :)  I will come to your home if needed and help go through your cabinets.  I will offer suggestions on where and how to start.  Let me know if you have any questions please.  Warning:  Some side effects might be:  Better Health, Spending Less Money, and Helping the planet!
