Watch repair instruction

I have a few small women’s sized watches and I’d like to learn to replace the battery. It appears that there are multiple sizes when it comes to watch batteries so I’m not sure what I need. I can buy what I need in advance and if someone has the knowledge and is willing to meet up at the Blacksburg Library to share some skills.
