use of paper die cut machine

I am looking for someone who owns a paper die-cut machine.

I am looking for the loan of the machine or for the owner to cut 200 of an image like a leaf or feather or 

I will provide paper and anything else that is needed. I haven't used on of these machines so could use some advice on whatever else would be needed.

The purpose for this request is for a community project to be held on Sept. 18th, Welcoming Week Festival by Y for VT. The pre-cut paper will be used in a community art piece.
