SOS - leaking kitchen sink

Please help! My kitchen sink is leaking from the faucet. I have diagnosed the problem as coming from the spray hose. I think the entire hose needs to be replaced, although I don’t know the brand, so may need to get an entirely new faucet? I love to cook and not having my kitchen sink is not working for me. Thanks in advance to anyone that can do this work!
