Need someone to look at my truck

I just bought my truck and it's got some funny steering column stuff.  The ignition does work, so there's a push ignition.  The horn doesn't work, so that's off to the side too.  And the airbag light comes on and off, leading me to believe there is something wrong with that.  I know, I may have made a mistake buying this truck, but I love it so!!  I'd love a second opinion on it.  Thanks!
