Are you looking to up your nutrition game and spend less time in the evenings cooking and cleaning? Has your doctor given you a list of foods to eat and you're having trouble knowing where to start? I might be able to help! I'm an avid "meal-prepper", meaning I shop and cook on the weekends for a whole week of no cook or easy to cook meals and snacks for my husband and me. I find that meal prep helps keep us healthy and energized, fuels our workouts, significantly limits the time we spend in the kitchen every evening, and reduces our spending on takeout and dining out. I'm happy to share my process, build a shopping list with you, share some of my favorite meal prep recipes, or even spend an afternoon cooking together. NOTE: I am NOT a nutritionist or dietitian, and make no claims to the contrary. Everyone's dietary needs and restrictions are unique. I personally follow a "whole foods" meal plan, meaning my meal prep always includes grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, meats, and a few healthy treats like flax crackers, banana muffins, and chocolate-chip oatmeal bites (because I need dark chocolate in my life :) )
