Help sewing/designing cave suit

I cave about 30 hours a month and have recently found myself without access to a cave suit. I'd like help sewing one that would fit me well and suit (haha) my needs. I can do the basics of hand sewing but do not have a sewing machine or any experience designing and then producing entire garments. I will be happy to buy whatever materials are necessary (I'm assuming mostly cordura and velcro) and put in as much of the sewing work as I am capable of doing.
