I have an unfinished basement in an old house that is storage for all our tools and other things. I'm looking for ideas on how to make the space more usable for doing laundry and woodworking, and for reorganizing all our tools and equipment so I can actually find things :-/ The basement is also pretty icky so I'd love ideas for improving lighting, etc.
